Henkilötietojen käsittelyn tarkoitus
Rekrytointiprosessissamme käsittelemme työnhakijoiden (rekisteröityjen) henkilötietoja pääsääntöisesti Teamtailor -rekrytointijärjestelmässä. Rekrytoinnin aikana tietoja käsitellään prosessin läpiviemiseksi, työhakemuksen käsittelyyn ja työhakijavalinnan hoitamiseen. Käsittely mahdollistaa myös viestinnän meidän ja työnhakijoiden välillä sekä tukee rekrytointipäätöksen jälkeen valitun henkilön työsuhteen aloitusta ja perehdyttämistä. Rekrytointiprosessin jälkeen säilytysaikojen puitteissa voimme olla yhteydessä työhakijoihin, jotka osaamisprofiilinsa puolesta voisivat sopia myös uusiin avoimiin työpaikkoihimme.

osaamistanne vastaavia projekteja tarjottavaksi. Kontaktoimme teitä vain silloin,
kun meillä on mahdollisesti sinulle sopiva projekti tiedossa.
Henkilötietojen käsittelyperuste
Henkilötietojen käsittely perustuu työnhakijan suostumukseen.
Rekisterin sisältämät henkilötiedot ja rekisteröityjen ryhmät
Rekisteri sisältää seuraavia työnhakijan itsestään yleisesti antamia henkilötietoja
- perushenkilötiedot (etunimi, sukunimi)
- yhteystiedot (osoite, puhelinnumero, sähköpostiosoite)
- työkokemus ja referenssit
- tutkinto- ja koulutustiedot
sekä muuta työnhakijan mahdollisesti antamaa tietoa kuten
Henkilötietojen käsittelijät ja tietojen käsittelyoikeus
Henkilötietoja käsittelevät vain Netumin rekrytointiin osallistuva henkilöstö sekä mahdolliset valitsemamme rekrytointiin osallistuvat kolmannet osapuolet esimerkiksi soveltuvuustestauksen osalta.
Säännönmukaiset tietolähteet
Keräämme henkilötietoja lähtökohtaisesti vain työnhakijalta itseltään. Työnhakijan suostumuksella tietoja voidaan saada myös muista lähteistä kuten esimerkiksi hänen nimeämiltänsä suosittelijoilta, julkisesta LinkedIn -profiilista tai LinkedIn Recruiter -työkalun kautta.
Henkilötietojen säilytysajat
Säilytämme henkilötietoja lähtökohtaisesti 24 kuukautta työhakemuksen viimeisen version tallentamishetkestä. Tietyissä tapauksissa tietoja voidaan säilyttää kauemmin. Näissä tapauksissa pyydämme työnhakijalta erillisen suostumuksen pidempiaikaiseen säilytykseen.
Säännönmukaiset henkilötietojen luovutukset ulkopuolisille
Emme pääsääntöisesti luovuta työnhakija- ja rekrytointiprosessissamme keräämiämme henkilötietoja ulkopuolisille tahoille.
Käytämme prosessissa palvelutoimittajamme työkalua, jonne toimittajallamme on tekninen tukiyhteys tarvittaessa.
Henkilötietojen siirtäminen EU:n tai Euroopan talousalueen (ETA) ulkopuolelle
Pyrimme aina käsittelemään tietojasi vain EU/ETA-alueella.
Mikäli palvelu-/tuotantoprosessissa on mukana alihankkijoita, jotka sijaitsevat joko kokonaan tai osittain EU:n tai ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle, varmistetaan sopimuksin ja/tai lainsäädännön edellyttämällä tavalla mahdollisten henkilötietojen luovutus tai siirto tapahtuvan sovellettavan tietosuojalainsäädännön mukaisesti niin, että luovutettavien tai siirrettävien henkilötietojen riittävän tietosuojan taso on varmistettu.
Profilointi ja automaattinen päätöksenteko
Rekisterin sisältämiä tietoja ei käytetä profilointiin, eikä tietoihin kohdisteta automaattista päätöksentekoa.
Mitä oikeuksia minulla on ja kuinka voin käyttää niitä?
Seuraavasta osiosta voit lukea oikeuksistasi, kun käsittelemme henkilötietojasi. Jos haluat käyttää tässä lueteltuja oikeuksiasi, toimi seuraavasti:

Omien tietojen tarkastusoikeus
Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus tarkastaa, mitä henkilötietoja hänestä on tallennettu tai että rekisterissä ei ole häntä koskevia tietoja. Rekisteröity voi pyytää omien tietojensa tarkastusta rekisterinpitäjältä. Voit lähettää tietopyynnön yrityksemme tietoturva- ja tietosuojasivuilta.
Oikeus tietojen korjaamiseen tai poistamiseen
Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus vaatia, että rekisterinpitäjä oikaisee tai poistaa häntä koskevat henkilötiedot. Voit poistaa tietosi yrityksemme tietoturva- ja tietosuojasivuilta. Mikäli haluat pyytää tietojen oikaisua, pyynnöt tulee lähettää osoitteeseen tietopyynnot[at]netum.fi.
Oikeus tehdä valitus valvontaviranomaiselle
Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus tehdä valitus valvontaviranomaiselle (tietosuojavaltuutetun toimistolle), jos rekisteröity katsoo, että häntä koskevien henkilötietojen käsittelyssä rikotaan EU:n yleistä tietosuojaasetusta (EU) 2016/679. Tämän lisäksi henkilöllä on oikeus käyttää muita hallinnollisia muutoksenhakukeinoja sekä oikeussuojakeinoja.
Henkilötietojen käsittelyn suojaaminen
Netum rekisterinpitäjänä on toteuttanut tarvittavat tekniset ja organisatoriset toimet henkilötietojen käsittelyn suojaamiseksi sekä vaatii niitä myös henkilötietojen käsittelijöiltä.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data
In our recruitment process, we primarily process applicants’ (data subjects’) personal data in the Teamtailor recruitment system. During the recruitment process, personal data is processed for carrying out the recruitment process, handling job applications, and managing candidate selection.
The processing also enables communication between us and applicants and supports the onboarding and induction of the selected candidate after the recruitment decision.
After the recruitment process, within the applicable retention periods, we may contact applicants whose competence profile could also match future open positions at Netum.
We process the application data of freelancer applicants in order to find project opportunities that match your expertise. We will only contact you when we have a project that may be suitable for you.
Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
The processing of personal data is based on the applicant’s consent.
Categories of Personal Data and Data Subjects
The register may contain the following personal data generally provided by the applicant:

as well as other information voluntarily provided by the applicant, such as:

Personal Data Processors and Access Rights
Personal data is processed only by Netum personnel involved in recruitment and by any third parties selected by us to participate in the recruitment process, for example in suitability assessments.
Regular Sources of Information
As a rule, we collect personal data directly from the applicant. With the applicant’s consent, information may also be obtained from other sources, such as references named by the applicant, publicly available LinkedIn profiles, or through the LinkedIn Recruiter tool.
Retention Periods for Personal Data
As a rule, we retain personal data for 24 months from the date the latest version of the application was submitted. In certain cases, data may be retained for a longer period. In such cases, we will request separate consent from the applicant for extended retention.
Regular Disclosures of Personal Data to Third Parties
As a rule, we do not disclose personal data collected during the recruitment process to external parties.
We use tools provided by our service providers in the process, and the service provider may have technical support access to the system when necessary.
Transfer of Personal Data Outside the EU or EEA
We always aim to process your data only within the EU/EEA area.
If the service or production process involves subcontractors located wholly or partly outside the EU or EEA, we ensure through contractual arrangements and/or as otherwise required by applicable legislation that any disclosure or transfer of personal data takes place in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and that an adequate level of protection for the transferred personal data is ensured.
Profiling and Automated Decision-Making
The information contained in the register is not used for profiling, nor is it subject to automated decision-making.
What Rights Do I Have and How Can I Exercise Them?
In the following section, you can read about your rights when we process your personal data. If you wish to exercise any of the rights listed below, you may do so in the following ways:

Right of Access
The data subject has the right to check what personal data concerning them has been stored, or whether the register contains any data concerning them. The data subject may request access to their personal data from the data controller. You may submit a request through the company’s information security and privacy pages.
Right to Rectification or Erasure
The data subject has the right to request that the controller correct or erase personal data concerning them. You may delete your data through the company’s information security and privacy pages. If you wish to request rectification of data, requests should be sent to tietopyynnot[at]netum.fi.
Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman) if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data concerning them violates the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. In addition, the individual has the right to use other administrative remedies and legal remedies.
Protection of Personal Data Processing
Netum, as the data controller, has implemented the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the processing of personal data and requires the same measures from personal data processors.
